Just wanting to let you know I love bluefire grill. I have been there 2 times now and have loved both experiences. The waiters are all consistently nice and always asking if we're needing anything which is great because we don't need to wait for a waitress to come around like other restaurants. Recently we booked a table for Four (4) and certainly looked forward to what was to come. We had heard from a few frieds that menu was very good, but not as good as we later found out.

Firstly we were greeted by a very helpful lady who passed us onto another staff member who showed us to our table. Before long, a lovely young Drinks Waiter came along and helped us with selecting a nice bottle of wine, aong with several "lady" drinks. Then it "crept up on you". Now was the beginning of our "delicous food" experience.

I have to say, that with the entrees, we were told by our friends, that we should take it easy and not over order, as the "mains" food was plenty. We later also found out that they were not wrong. We ordered a varety of entrees and shared them. The waiters appeared often enough, to check and see if we needed anything and were very pleasant.

The food was so tasteful that we had to control ourselves. First of all, the beef was lean and tender; the chicken was as as any bbq that I've cooked; the fish melted in your mouth; and the lamb was as moist & tender as I've tasted at other well known restaurants. And did I mention the vegies??? Well, they were cooked in the Brazlian way...... and we in fact had several serves of it, as it not only looked and tasted good.... but in fact was very healthy for you.

The atmostphere was different to other reataurants that we go to. The one thing that we thought stood out was the TV Monitors place around the restaurant, showing what went on in the kitchen. To actually see the food geting prepared and cooked right in front of your eyes was magic. I have to also mention that the whole retaurant was so clean. Whether it was in the Dining area, the Bar or in fact the Toilets, it was very clean. You could tell that this establishment takes pride in all areas.

It was hard to fit and desert, but one look at the menu, and we somehow fitted that in. By now.... it was late, and so we we thught that we had better go, but not before we thanked the Staff and Management for a brilliant night of great service and sensational Food. Credit to all. We certainly have passed onto our friends/family (and will continue to) about our BRILLIANT DINING EXPERIENCE at the BLUEFIRE. - Nick & Sophie

I took my parents to Sunday lunch and was really impressed with the level of customer service and the quality of the food. We had the Churrascaria - the entree of bruschetta, fresh bread, dips and olives was the melt in your mouth variety. And the grilled meats and seafood! The choices kept coming, and we couldn't turn them away! We did have to stop eventually, however, to make room for dessert. Enormous desserts, again, of excellent quality. We had a wonderful waitress that told us how to go about eating the bab au rhum - she's a gem. Thank you for a wonderful Sunday afternoon experience. We look forward to our next visit. - Marcela

We have been twice to BlueFire. We enjoyed both times. The food is just delicious; the meats and accompaniments (mash, rice, vegies) so well marinated and cooked. We have had the ribs, the rib eye and the chicken breast.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at BlueFire on Saturday night (13th November 2004) and had the Churrascaria menu. It made a change from the usual restaurants in that the chefs come and carve from the skewers at your table.

We were very impressed with the quality of the food, not to mention the quantity - it just kept coming out until we were full. Can't believe I even attempted a dessert and couldn't even eat half of it (it was huge also)!

We've told our friends and family about it and will definitely come back again with other people.

My wife and I visited the restaurant opening night. We had never experienced Brazilian BBQ before - WE LOVED IT! We had the mixed grill and it was something to behold. The experience of having the chef's carve the meat off the skewers was fantastic! We referred some friends and they went 2 nights later and thought the same.
