A tasting platter of grilled warm bread, marinated olives, a trio of fresh dips, chili & corn salsa and a selection of roasted vegetables
Churrascaria
Our knife wielding ‘passadors’ will expertly slice a variety of meat and seafood straight from the ‘espetus’ on to your plate
Homemade chorizo sausage
Certified Angus beef with mustard, garlic, olive oil and fresh herbs
Western Plains pork with a fruity blend of pineapple, figs, red currants and fresh lime
Rockling fillet with fresh lemon juice, palm sugar, a light apple cider vinegar and sesame oil
Chicken thigh fillet with sweet Brazilian spices, lemon, garlic, olive oil and fresh tarragon
Lamb infused with rosemary, tangerine, roasted garlic and tomato
Brazilian spiced calamari basted with mandarin, sea salt, white wine and olive oil
Accompanied by roasted chat potatoes with rosemary & garlic, buttered corn, roasted pumpkin glazed with palm sugar, cumin seeds & apricot nectar, roasted tomato relish, whole grain mustard, yoghurt, mayonnaise and grenadine onion jam
