Roasted mushroom cups filled with toasted duck meat, caramalised shallots, julienne vegetables and a port & red currant jus
Bruchetta with grilled chicken fillet, roasted peppers, char grilled eggplant, basil pesto and bocconcini

Our knife wielding ‘passadors’ will expertly
slice a variety of meats, sausages, and sizzling seafood straight

Certified Angus Beef with mustard, garlic, olive oil and fresh herbs
Western Plains Pork with a fruity blend of pineapple, figs, red currants and fresh lime
Rockling fillet with fresh lemon juice, palm sugar, a light apple cider vinegar and sesame oil
Chicken thigh fillet with sweet Brazilian spices, lemon, garlic, olive oil and fresh tarragon
Lamb infused with rosemary, tangerine, roasted garlic and tomato
Brazilian spiced Calamari basted with mandarin, sea salt, white wine and olive oil
