To share – platter of grilled flat bread, Chef’s selection of freshly made dips, marinated olives & tomato salsa bruschetta

Entrée

½ Doz. oysters served natural with lemon
½ Doz. oysters Kilpatrick style
Pan seared scallops on wilted greens and mushrooms with a roasted garlic and thyme sauce
Prawn and seafood cocktail with avocado salsa and our own cocktail sauce
Crispy spiced calamari with lime mayonnaise & rocket salad
Truffle scented mushroom and caramelized onion tartlet

Main

Our knife wielding ‘passadors’ will expertly slice a variety of meats, sausages,
and sizzling seafood straight from the ‘espetus’ on to your plate.
