Christmas Cancellation policy
Cancellations after the 18th December will forfeit the amount paid if the seats are not re sold prior to the event. Refunds will only be given after the event if the seats were re-sold. Cancellations must be made initially by telephone and followed up in writing via fax or email.

Turkey breast rubbed with garlic, olive oil, fresh tarragon and honey
Orange & apricot glazed Christmas ham
Homemade Chorizo sausage
Certified Angus Beef marinated in olive oil, garlic and oregano
Spring lamb marinated in lemon, fresh herbs and garlic
Calamari marinated with Brazilian spices, lemon and basted with garlic & herb oil

Served with roasted pontiac potatoes, pumpkin with cumin & honey, grilled corn cobbettes,
cranberry sauce, roasted tomato relish, and a whole grain mustard mayonnaise
