• ½ doz Oysters Kilpatric
• Calamari with garlic, spring onion, tomato, black pepper & lemon on wild rocket with a light citrus dressing
• Tasting platter to share of grilled flat bread, marinated olives, Chef’s selection of freshly made dips and a colourful selection of marinated roast vegetables (v)

Churrascaria
• Turkey breast rubbed with garlic, olive oil, fresh tarragon and honey
• Orange & apricot glazed Christmas ham
• Homemade Chorizo sausage
• Certified Angus Beef marinated in olive oil, garlic and oregano
• Spring lamb marinated in lemon, fresh herbs and garlic
• Calamari marinated with Brazilian spices, lemon and basted with garlic & herb oil
• Fish of the day with lemon, herbs, garlic and smoked paprika

Churrascaria is served with Cumin & honey pumpkin, roasted pontiac potatoes and grilled corn cobbettes along with Chef’s variety of condiments including; Cranberry sauce, roasted tomato relish, and a whole grain mustard mayonnaise
