kg lamb ribs
3 table spoon smoked paprika
1 cub BBQ sauce
4 cups beef stock
2 teaspoon Tabasco
Salt and pepper

Method
• Preheat oven to 190’C. Head a heavy
base pan, rub ribs with a little oil and place in pan. Brown
both sides
• Combine the rest of ingredients and place a deep baking
dish. Place lamb in liquid.
• Cover dish and cook in oven for 2 hours. Leave to
cool in liquid and store for 24 hours in fridge.
• Cut ribs between every 2nd bone.
• To reheat place ribs in a little liquid in a hot oven
for 10 minutes, heating them thorough.
• Place ribs on platter and pour the marinade over ribs
