| Ingredients
Porterhouse or skewered beef 280 gms
Marinade:
Roasted brown onions 50gm
Roasted garlic 8 gm
Ground black pepper 2 gm
Cumin seed 5 gm
Cloves 1 gm
Parsley 1/8 bunch
Oregano fresh 1/8 bunches
White vinegar 5 ml
Lemon juice 5 ml
Vegetable oil 10 ml
Salt 2 gm

The
name Carne
Picadinha
comes from a typical cut of beef used as a delicacy in Brazil
known as Picanha.
Marinate
the beef pieces for at least 2hrs. If marinated overnight
would even be better. If you marinate it overnight then skip
the salt and add the salt just before cooking.
Method
Blend marinate ingredients until smooth paste
Cook the marinated beef over
a charcoal grill(better) Or a regular grill till cooked to
desired doneness.
To Serve
Serve with roast potatoes or grilled vegetables and garnish
with chopped coriander.
