New BlueFire Opening Soon in Melbourne

BlueFire Churrascaria Grill & Bar will be opening a new location right in the heart of Melbourne's Chic CBD. We have been working very hard to get this amazing new dining area open as soon as we can. An opening date has not been announced, however you won't have long to wait. To keep track of the progress of this new BlueFire, visit the construction image gallery at: www.bluefiregrill.com.au

This new BlueFire will be located on Level 3 at Melbourne Central (next to Hoyts), 211 Latrobe Street, Melbourne 3000. Keep an eye out for future updates coming soon!

Recipe: Olive and Sun-dried Tomato Dip
Ingredients: Serves 8 100g of sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped 100g of pitted kalamata olives finely chopped ¼ cup of good olive oil ½ cup of good balsamic vinegar ½ teaspoon of grounded rock salt ½ teaspoon of freshly grounded pepper teaspoon of freshly chopped chives 2 fresh garlic cloves minced 1 teaspoon of basil finely chopped	Method • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and leave in fridge for at least 2 hours to allow flavours to blend. • Place 300ml of your favourite cream cheese or feta cheese on a platter and spoon tomato and olive mix over the top. • Serve with plain cracker biscuits or sticks of carrot and celery
