"When was the last time you had a chef carve meat right
onto your plate? It’s been a while I’m sure. BlueFire
Churrascaria offers flame-grilled meats and seafood delicacies
which simply must be tasted to be believed. The word succulent
springs to mind. Add a side of tapas and wash it down with an
extravagant cocktail for a real treat.
There’s also a chocolate fountain you can pour over, just
out of mouth’s reach behind the bar. Lucky. If you are
feeling outlandish, then why not choose octopus so fresh it
may pick your pocket, or a wood-fire pizza so alive with flavour
that Lygon St traders are feeling nervous.
The
décor is exceptional too, with deep reds and browns giving
an air of elegance befitting of the On3 ambience."

My
partner surprised me for my birthday last year (Sep 06) with
dinner at BlueFire docklands having the Churrascaria menu, this
time I'm taking him for his birthday (Aug 07) to the Melbourne

will certainly go back to MC as it was very good food, service
and the Churrascaria was excellent value (even more so with
the Entertainment Card). The chef seemed alarmed that we couldn't
eat any more after the first round of meats & seafood, but
the rockling and the calamari were outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
