RULES, GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS

Your Original Cocktail must meet the following requirements

Use the Monin range of syrups / liqueurs
Contain a Greek spirit or liqueur such as Ouzo or Metaxa Brandy
Contain a fruit or vegetable native to Greece

The cocktail is to be made by hand. Not made with blenders, ice crushers, etc.
Equipment that can be used: cocktail shaker and muddling stick

The rest is left up to your imagination!

Competition Terms and Conditions

Entries to be typed and emailed to info@bluefiregrill.com.au. Entries close Friday 9th June 2006. Include your full details along with a recipe and an image of the cocktail. All cocktails must be original. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Up to 10 prizes of $120 vouchers will be given away. Vouchers can be used at BlueFire, Steakhouse or Rivers Restaurant Cruises. Voucher valid for 6 months from date of issue. Prize not redeemable for cash and cannot be sold or transferred. Judges Decision is final. All submitted entries become the property of BlueFire and the Rivers Group to be used if desired on restaurant menus, web site, other promotional material. All entries that do not meet the outlined requirement will be excluded from the competition.
